Shipping rates & costs

Goods are shipped Australia wide. A $15 flat rate will be charged for each order.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on weekdays are shipped that day. Usually, orders will arrive in to the major cities within two days (Perth 4 days) allow extra time for rural deliveries. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific day or time.

If your package size does not fit in a PO Box or parcel locker Australia Post will take the parcel to the local post office or counter for collection.

Missing or lost packages

Get in touch with us and we will lodge an investigation with the courier for you.

Return and exchange information

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
